Working 1-2-1 with a personal trainer is an ideal way to achieve your fitness goals.  You will receive focused training programmes and continuous coaching on your technique and form to achieve the most you can from your training.

As your trainer I work with you, encouraging you throughout your training and supporting you with nutritional guidance to achieve results.

Individual Sessions: £40 per hour

Block Bookings:
8 Sessions
£280 for 8 x one hour sessions (Period of use restriction applies)
