Group Sessions

Group sessions are for up to 4 people and ideal if you’re looking for the motivation and fun you’ll get from working together as a small group whilst gaining the professional guidance and coaching from a personal trainer.

These sessions run on a pay-as-you-go and on a first come first served basis.
Pre-booking and payment is required.

The session fee is £15 per person, per session.

Minimum 2 people required for each session to run.

Group sessions currently run on:

Friday 5.15pm – 6.15pm
Saturday 8am – 9am and 9am – 10am

Please Note:  Cancellation or rescheduling of training sessions within a 24-hour period will result in the session being payable in full and/or loss of session in block booking.
