I am a passionate trainer and sports coach who is dedicated to fitness, training and health.
I’ve worked in the industry for over 15 years and with clients of all ages, genders and abilities.
I like to work with people, whatever their fitness goal may be, and help them achieve this through hard work, motivation, and fun.
Getting results takes commitment to training and nutrition. The rewards are worth it!
I am committed to my own training and health and take every opportunity to continually invest in my training experience, expertise and qualifications. I compete in Scottish Powerlifting Championships and participate in a number of sports at a high level.
